We want you to be satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our monthly subscription service, all payments are non-refundable once billed.

- Unused time on your subscription
- Early cancellations
- Lack of use of the platform
- Change of mind after purchase
- Requests made more than 7 days after billing
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges:

- Navigate to your billing preferences
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Note: You must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
